Waiting

As I wait in the darkness 
that surrounds not only my 
body but also my mind, 

I ponder on life. 
Life? 
The question that makes everything turn upside. 

What is life? 
Why is life so important? 
I wait in the darkness pondering these things. 

Waiting for daylight to break through once again. Waiting to see if monsters and ghosts are real. 
Or if they're just figments of the creative imagination.

Hmm theres alot of potential here with this one i suggest trying to go for a syllable count. I kinda want to tell you minor changes thatll make it better but then it wouldnt be your work if youd like it ill get back to you when i can but i do like it
