I feel as though I’m walking on air, 
As if I’m present, but not quite there.
My heart feels heavy and my mind can’t think.
It feels cluttered and I’m trying to block 
all of these unwanted thoughts,

But they’re trying to get to me, 
they’re dragging me down
I can only do the most basic things.
