Red eyes watched the victim crawl in an attempt to flee, the female demon walked behind her victim. Her black leather boots tapping the stone floor she walked on. Her black glossy hair blew in the wind coming from an open window; her short black dress with ruffles on the bottom had blood stains on it. Her white horns poked out of her hair and gleamed in the light of the moon, her pale skin seemed to glow in the moonlight. She continued to chase after her victim, lightly giving her grey wings a flap to scare him. The cowering man tired tipping things over and throwing things to slow her down but it didn’t work, whenever he would do so she would either chop the item in half with her weapon or she would use her black tail to catch it and throw it aside. Finally the female demon... [Read More]

I smelled the most alluring smell steaming out of her living room. “I cooked something special for us today,” Delilah’s voice announced excitedly across the hall. I followed my nose to her living room to find a delicious collection of shrimp, fries, pizza and a huge deck of roasted meat. I positioned myself between Jesse and Dalilah who exchanged each other with hateful glares. Opposite from me stood Joey who held his fork clutched tightly in his fist. He shoveled spoonfuls into his mouth. Occasionally he would talk about his days at school, but today his only focus was his plate.
Awkwardness enlightened the room while Jesse and Dalilah continued to manifest signs of complete hatred. With a look of disgust, Jesse poked the meat repeatedly. “Is this even meat?” He scrunched his face.
“I see that your rudeness has still not left you,” Delilah snarled. Jesse rolled his eyes,... [Read More]

Are you ready for a chill change? Is this your end of existence we need more darkness and what a hell of a mental state this wasn't my New York state of mind. The piano player was a physio going psycho dementedly insane.I needed more blood in my Cardio work-out he took a bite of my neck what a slayer. How he was playing his I tunes with heavy fumes poured down my face.I'm not getting any Fargo chilled caffeine give it to me straight up.
Such erotic men Wavy-circuit bad brain psychotic stock went up. Many sides of the moon compulsive behavior shooting up the wolf. So painfully and sadistic he was like a Bullheaded Matador trying to seduce me checking me out with his intensely dark dominant eyebrow's psycho trait, like an exorcism, he stared into bloody stream consciousness. But I was wearing this red all full of his... [Read More]

At first, it’s like any other day. I awakened, showered, brewed my morning cup of joe, and that is when I first saw…outside, there was nothing…no moonlight, stars, or anything! It was like an endless black void of space. My mind was racing; Where was I…What is going on…Why is this happening? I caught myself and thought that maybe it is just extremely dark outside because the lights are not working.
Standing there in front of the window, I carefully sipped my coffee…cautious not to burn my tongue. I paused, patiently, to try to see if the lights will come back on, or that I will see some shred of moonlight in the nighttime sky. “Maybe I should just go and lay back down.”, I thought to myself. Turning around to leave, I noticed that all of my furniture has disappeared. “Where did all of my stuff go.”, I said... [Read More]

I woke to green light and purple shadows. The air was heavy and humid, wrapping around me like a blanket. A faint buzzing irritated my ears. Fear gripped me. They would be coming soon. Coming with their sharp silver instruments and whispered promises that they were "just trying to fix you. It'll be over soon." Ignoring my screams. Looking down on me with painted smiles. I close my hand around the glass shard. Not today.
They come on time, painted smiles bright red today. Their eyes flash, mine gleam and red drips down my face. Taking a life leaves me buzzing wit adrenaline. I turn. I run. I am free.
Years of imprisonment in my own mind, in my own body, cannot prepare me for the absolute bliss, the euphoria that comes with the stretching of my muscles, the lengthening of my breath. I am hypnotized by the pounding of... [Read More]

You just moved into your new apartment, in a very big city. After a year of this life, you have almost given up hope of making any friends; be it at work or any other means. Every time you get close to someone and show the real you they recoil in fear or think you weird. You feel very lonely. After looking for a peaceful place to spend your time, you find a quiet diner on the outskirts of town. It may be small and dingy but it is homey. The waitress is very attractive. Also, she seems to be the only employee there, ever. You never see anyone else eat there either, ever. The place is perfect for you. Secluded and someone willing to acknowledge you.
The more you visit the more you acquaint yourself with the Waitress. You become close, you've made your only friend. Making love to... [Read More]

Roses upon ones lips, hands on her hips. Saline closes her eyes and sees nothing but the death of her love ones. Blood in every hand, tears in every eye. There was nowhere to either run or hide the pain from coming on the outside of her breathless heart. She could scream but no one would be able to hear her cries.
As the dark angels fill the night with darkness and sadness, Saline lays in her bed praying for a god to save her for the nightmare that ends her dreams of life. “Why am I here? Where is my savior the one to take all my pain from my dying heart?” Saline prays to the stars above the sky. As tears fall from her eyes she lays down her head and closes her eyes. With no sound of cries Saline falls asleep.

Two dorm-mates in college were in the same science class. The teacher had just reminded them about the midterm the next day when one dorm-mate - let's call her Juli - got asked to this big bash by the hottest guy in school. The other dorm-mate, Meg, had pretty much no interest in going and, being a diligent student, she took notes on what the midterm was about. After the entire period of flirting with her date, Juli was totally unprepared for her test, while Meg was completely prepared for a major study date with her books.
At the end of the day, Juli spent hours getting ready for the party while Meg started studying. Juli tried to get Meg to go, but she was insistent that she would study and pass the test. The girls were rather close and Juli didn't like leaving Meg alone to be bored while... [Read More]

She snapped awake out of a deep sleep, screaming aloud in terror. In her nightmare, a large white wolf had been chasing her around and around the house, gaining on her with every step until it finally pounced on her and ripped out her throat. She lay shaking for hours, unable to sleep after such a terrifying dream.
But morning finally arrived, and the day was completely normal. Celia forgot all about her dream, until the moment her parents reminded her that they would be going out that night to celebrate their anniversary. Celia turned milk-white. In her dream, the white wolf had come to kill her while her parents were out celebrating their anniversary! She started shaking and begging them not to go. Her parents were astonished at her behavior, and finally shamed her into staying home alone that night.
Fearfully, Celia locked herself into the house as soon... [Read More]

“I hate the moon — I am afraid of it — for when it shines on certain scenes familiar and loved it sometimes makes them unfamiliar and hideous.”
— H.P. Lovecraft, What The Moon Brings.
Studying plant-life had long since taken hold of my attention, so I resolved to earn a degree in botany. Although I was still considered an amateur, I had my fair share of academic accomplishments; my manuscript on the characteristics of non-native plants had been the object of scholarly inquiry for months after a scientific journal had agreed to print my work. I sought more knowledge, — and more specimens as my expertise and credentials grew. Eventually, my endeavors lead me to a secluded part of land located in the French countryside. My colleagues had boasted that many rare specimens flourished in this part of the world, many undiscovered or scarcely examined. The cottage I stayed... [Read More]
